UPOV ‘91

The Bill proposes Argentina becomes part of UPOV ´91. Currently, Argentina is only a member of UPOV ´78.

UPOV ´91, compared to UPOV ’78, extends the scope of protection for plant varieties and might allow limiting the farmers exemption.
