Mandatory life insurance: new regulation and insured amount
The National Superintendence of Insurance approved The Regulation of Collective Life Insurance through the Resolution No. 39766/2016, published in the Official Gazette on April, 12, 2016.

The new insured amount will be AR$ 33.330 and it will be in force from May 1, 2016.
Furthermore, the methodology to calculate the insured amount has been modified, it will be adjusted annually and the equivalent of 5.5 times the minimum wage published each December of every year; it will be in force from March the following year.
