General Protocol for the Prevention of the COVID-19. Guidelines of the recommendations for a gradual and responsible return to the workplace

On August 11, Provision 16/2020 of the Superintendence of Labor Risks was published in the Official Gazette, approving the "General Protocol for the prevention of COVID-19" and the "Guidelines of recommendations for a gradual and responsible return to the workplace".

These documents contain a series of prevention measures from which employers, with the intervention of the unions corresponding to the specific activity, will be able to plan the gradual normalization of their tasks.
