Regulatory rules of Law 25,326

By means of Decree 1558/2001, published in the Official Gazette on December 3, 2001, the regulation of Law 25,326 for the protection of personal data was approved. The regulation contains, rules on the general principles of data protection, the rights of data owners, users, persons responsible for files, records and data banks.
