Changes to Minimum Wage

On July 7, Resolution No. 6/2021 (the Resolution) of the National Board of Employment, Productivity and Minimum, Vital and Mobile Salary was published in the Official Gazette, modifying the dates previously established for the staggered increases of the Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wage (MVMW).
The new dates of the MVMW’s progressive increase are the following:
- Starting July 1, 2021, the MVMW will amount to AR$27,216 for employees paid monthly, and AR$136.08 per hour for employees paid daily.
- Starting August 1, 2021, the MVMW will amount to AR$28,080 for employees paid monthly, and AR$140.4 per hour for daily paid employees.
- Starting September 1, 2021, the MVMW will amount to AR$29,160 for employees paid monthly, and AR$145.80 per hour for employees paid daily.
