End of the Year Bonus
It has been established the payment of a one-time non-remunerative allowance for workers in a relationship of dependency in the private sector.
On December 17, 2022, the Decree 841/2022 was published, it establishes the payment of a one-time non-remunerative allowance (End of the Year Bonus) for workers in the private sector.
It affects all workers in the private sector governed by the Labor Contract Law, the Agrarian Labor Contract Law, the Legal Regime for the staff of Construction Industry and by the Special Labor Contract Regime for the staff of Private Houses.
The allowance is up to $24,000. - for all those workers within those regimes, whose net remuneration accrued as of December 2022 (excluding SAC) does not exceed PESOS ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE ($185,859) or the proportional amount in the case the provision of services of the worker is less than the legal or conventional working day.
Payment must be made in December 2022.
