Non-Remunerative Allowance
Decree No. 438/2023, published in the Official Gazette today, ordered employers to pay a non-remunerative allowance to personnel under an employment contract in the private sector, private houses and employees of the National Government.

The amount of the non-remunerative allowance is up to ARS 60,000, depending on the employee's income level. It will be paid in installments: the first one until September 21 and the second one together with the salaries of September 2023. The payment may be absorbed by salary raises agreed upon through collective bargaining.
A differential scheme is established for Micro and Small Companies to off-set the payment on account of employer contributions.
