Argentina: Official fees increase for trademark, patent and design matters

Resolution 351/2023, published in the Official Gazette on October 26, 2023, establishes that an increase will be applied to the official fees corresponding to trademark proceedings, patents, and industrial designs and models. Effective December 1, 2023 (Article updated December 21, 2023).

In relation to trademark matters, the main changes are as follows:
