Santiago Pablo Cruz

Santiago Pablo Cruz joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2011. He specializes in corporate and commercial law. He gives legal advice to local and foreign companies in different areas of business in the aforementioned areas of practice and, particularly, in the design, planning and structuring of transactions such as M&As.

In addition to his professional work, and within the framework of the probono program promoted by the Firm, he gives legal advice to different NGOs in the obtainment of their legal status, compliance with filings and registrations with applicable public registries of commerce and related contractual matters, such as the execution of agreements with other public or private entities.

He graduated as a Lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2013, and completed a Master’s Degree in Business and Commercial Law in 2018 at the same institution. He has attended different graduate courses on the subject, with special focus on agribusiness.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
