Pablo Viñals Blake  has been partner of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1997 and works in the Corporate and M&A team, leading  the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Agribusiness Groups  in Marval.

Pablo was involved in the privatization program carried out by the Argentine government during the 1990s and represented domestic and multinational companies, private equity, hedge funds and financial institutions in almost all of the largest M&A, Agribusiness and project financing transactions held in Argentina in the last two decades. In these matters, he also assisted local and foreign investors on deals in other Latin-American countries, such as Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil and advised multilateral financial institutions such as the IFC, IDB and the United States Eximbank on their Argentine operations.

Pablo graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina with a law degree in 1988 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Harvard Law School.  Prior to becoming a member of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, he was a foreign associate in the New York office of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP (1992-1994). 

He has spoken in courses and at seminars and has published many articles on topics related to his areas of specialization in several Latin-American, European and Middle East countries as well as in the United States, China and Japan.
