Martin Emiliano Guala

Martín specializes in labor, employment and social security law.
He graduated with a law degree from Universidad de Belgrano in 2011. In 2015, he completed a Specialization in Labor Law from the University of Buenos Aires. Later, in 2018, he completed a graduate degree in corporate legal counseling. In 2021, he completed a graduate course in Social Security Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
Before joining Marval O’Farrel Mairal, he worked at De Diego y Asociados, between 2011 and 2016. In 2016, Martín joined Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi until 2019.
Martín has participated in many conferences, articles and newsletters in labor and employment law and social security matters. He taught labor and employment courses at various institutions between 2016 and 2019.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires) and the Association of Employment Law and Social Security of Argentina (AADT).
