Mariangeles Sanz

Mariángeles Sanz joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising companies on a wide range of corporate, registration, transactions and cross border agreements.

Mariángeles graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2017. She also completed a postgraduate course on corporate law at the Universidad Católica Argentina and other legal update courses.

Before joining the Firm, she worked in other leading law firms in the areas of litigation and corporate law, and in an electric power generation company.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
