María Victoria Rodríguez Mamberti

Maria Victoria Rodriguez Mamberti joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2012 and is a member of the Maritime & Aeronautical Law and Insurance & Reinsurance Department.

She provides legal counsel in litigation related to insurance and reinsurance in the maritime and aeronautical fields, including collisions, arrests, and salvage operations. She also advises clients on contracts for the sale, leasing, and chartering of vessels and aircraft within the regulatory framework of aviation and navigation.

Victoria also worked for six months at DLA Piper’s London office, where she specialized in aviation matters related to airlines, manufacturers, and their insurers and reinsurers. She actively participated in handling domestic and international cases involving regulatory issues, commercial disputes, insurance claims, and consumer protection conflicts.

She holds a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and completed a postgraduate specialization in Aeronautical, Space, and Airport Law at the Argentine Institute of Aeronautical and Space Law.

Victoria has been recognized by The Legal 500 as a Leading Associate and has authored several articles in her field.
