María Victoria Fernández

María Victoria Fernández joined Marval O´Farrell & Mairal in 2022 and is a member of the Trademarks, Technology and Intellectual Property Department.

Her practice focuses on advising international and local companies on Trademarks matters, such as registrations before The National Institute of Industrial Property, and opposition proceedings.

María Victoria also worked at Marval´s Tax Department, focusing on tax advice. 

She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2022.
