Lorena Schiariti is a partner in Marval’s Regulatory and Administrative Law Team and in the Compliance, Anticorruption, and Investigations Team.
With over 26 years of experience working in Marval, she has intervened in matters of the highest complexity and impact, providing comprehensive advice on issues related to her areas of practice.
As specialist in administrative law, she assists her clients both with advisory tasks, transactions, and disputes, particularly on issues regarding infrastructure, energy and public services, government contracts, and regulated activities in general (food, agribusiness, banks and pharma).
In addition to her development in general administrative and regulatory law, she has focused on issues related to public ethics, anti-corruption, integrity policies and internal investigations, especially in the context of interactions with public officials and government contracts.
Ms. Schiariti graduated the University of Buenos Aires Law School in 1997 with a specialization in Administrative Law and pursued a Master of Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina (2001-2002). She has published several articles on matters related to her practice area.
Currently, she is a professor in the Postgraduate Course on Compliance organized by the Instituto Argentino de la Empresa (IAE) and Universidad Austral.
