María Laura Etcheverry

María Laura Etcheverry is a senior associate at Marval, who joined the firm 2008. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Intellectual Property Department. 

María Laura has specialized in patent law, having advised many local and foreign clients in this area. 

She has participated in seminars on industrial property and in various articles on subjects related to his area of expertise in national and international publications. 

She is also a faculty member of the Postgraduate department of Universidad de San Andrés, where she teaches patent law. 

She graduated with honors as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2006 and obtained an LL.M. on Intellectual Property from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) in 2019. She is also an Intellectual Property Agent from the AR PTO.
