María Inés Brandt is a partner in the Tax Department of Marval O'Farrell Mairal and has more than 30 years of experience in this area of practice.
She specializes in tax advice, in the tax structuring of corporate and financial transactions, corporate reorganizations, and in the design and organization of efficient tax schemes for new lines of business at the national and regional levels. In addition, she has solid experience in complex tax litigation.
Before joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal, she was a founding partner of Tanoira Cassagne Abogados and partner in charge of the Tax Department at Estudio Beccar Varela.
