María Azul Giménez Losano

M. Azul Gimenez Losano joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department. Her professional practice focuses on litigation in commercial, contentious-administrative and insolvency matters, among others. Azul also has experience in regulation and research of the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Azul graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2021, where she currently works as an Assistant of “Private International Law”. In 2023, she won the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris as head coach of the team representing the University of Buenos Aires, where she continues her work as part of the coaching team. During her time at university, Azul was a member of the teams that represented the University of Buenos Aires at the 2021 and 2022 editions of the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris.

Azul has also conducted research on the impact of the pandemic on foreign notification, as well as on matters of jurisdiction and international law.

She is a member of the Youth Commission of the Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CEMARC).
