Manuela Adrogué is a partner in the Trademarks, Technology, and Intellectual Property department at Marval O’Farrell Mairal, where she specializes in privacy, software protection, and technology. Her work includes managing transactions focused on the preservation of intangible assets, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property rights and personal data protection. Manuela also provides counsel on the protection of trademark portfolios, anti-piracy strategies, and domain name protection.

Before joining Marval, Manuela worked at Pointer Brand Protection / Corsearch in the Netherlands and at legal firms in Argentina such as Beccar Varela and Richards, Cardinal, Tutzer, Zabala & Zaefferer.

She holds a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Knowledge Management from Maastricht University, where she received the UM Holland - High Potential Scholarship. Her thesis, titled "Big Data: an ownership and access feud," was nominated for the Jan Brouwer Award in 2018.

In the academic field, Manuela teaches undergraduate courses at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, offering the subject Personal Data Protection and Privacy, as well as in the Executive Course on Data Protection, where she serves as a guest lecturer.

Manuela was included in the "40-under-40" ranking by Global Data Review, which recognizes 40 outstanding professionals under 40 in the field of privacy and data protection globally. Additionally, she is a member of professional associations such as Women@Privacy and the Latin American Association of Privacy (ALAP).
