Julieta Mariel Altamirano

Julieta Altamirano joined Marval O'Farrell & Mairal in 2019 and is a member of the General Litigation Department. Her professional practice focuses on portfolio management of security foreclosures, extrajudicial negotiation, and judicial control, both in the national jurisdiction and in the Province of Buenos Aires. She also carries out judicial monitoring and control of cases with lawyers throughout the country.

Before joining the Firm, she worked in a law firm in the area of Labour Law and then in a law firm which worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, specifically in the Administrative Litigation and Tax jurisdictions of the CABA, Federal Administrative Litigation and Administrative Litigation of the Province of Buenos Aires.

She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, where she has also completed a Specialization Course in Banking and Financial Law.

She is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
