Julieta Agustina Juan

Julieta Agustina Juan is a lawyer graduated in 2019 from the University of Buenos Aires. She started working at Marval in 2022 in the Family and Inheritance Law area.

Her professional practice at our Law Firm covers, the field of judicial litigation and advice for the conclusion of agreements, family and inheritance planning, both in domestic and international cases. Since 2020, she has been a regular professor at the University of Buenos Aires in the subject “Family and Inheritance Law”.  
 

Additionally, she has completed and approved the following doctoral courses at the University of Buenos Aires: "Update on Family Law"; "Update on Inheritance Law"; "Seminars I, II and III of doctoral thesis and legal research"; "Cohabitation as a couple"; “Ethical Analysis” and “Private Law Fundamentals”; as well as the following postgraduate courses at other universities, such as the "Brief Seminar on Precautionary Measures" (UNICEN) and "Inheritance Planning" (UCA). 
 

Within the academic field, she has also been working as an organizer, moderator and speaker of various events at the University of Buenos Aires, such as the "Argentine Congress for the Technical Defense of Children"; the "International Congress on Family and Inheritance Law" and the "Workshops on Family and Inheritance Law". 
 

She is a member of the Public Buenos Aires Bar Association, where she is also a member of the "Pro Bono" Family Subcommittee representing Marval.
