Juan Pablo Lentino

Juan Pablo Lentino joined Marval, O’Farrell Mairal in 2021 and currently is a senior associate, member of the Banking & Finance department.

Juan Pablo has extensive experience in both domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, debt restructurings and corporate guarantees and reorganizations. He has also advised companies on a wide range of commercial, financial and regulatory matters.

During the first months of 2024 he worked as a foreign associate at Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt, Germany. Before joining the firm, Juan Pablo worked at American Express and J.P. Morgan & Chase.

Juan Pablo received his law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2019 and his Master’s in Law & Economics degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2023.

Juan Pablo is currently a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CPACF).
