Juan Francisco Vignati Otamendi

Francisco Vignati Otamendi joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2022 and currently works in the Banking and Finance Department and Foreign Exchange and Capital Controls. He has worked on capital market matters such as bonds issuance, trust structuring and capital market regulatory matters, specializing in the filing and handling of these issues before the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also advised companies in different commercial and financial transactions and regulatory matters, both locally and internationally.

Recently, he has participated in banking and foreign exchange regulatory consultations, as well as in M&A.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, in the banking and finance department as an associate.

Francisco graduated as a lawyer at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2020 and started a Master's in Finance in 2021 at the same institution. Since 2022 he has been a participant of the CFA Charterholder program.
