Jorge Pérez Delgado has been a consultant for Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 2000.

Previously, he served in Justice as secretary of the National Civil Justice between 1962 and 1966; legal secretary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation between 1966 and 1970, and then between 1974 and 1975; federal judge in Civil and Commercial matters between 1970 and 1974; judge of the National Court of Appeals in Civil and Special Commercial Matters between 1975 and 1976; and judge of the National Court of Appeals for Federal Civil and Commercial Matters between 1976 and 1999.

He was also an elected member of the Jury for the Prosecution of Magistrates of the Nation representing judges between 1998 and 1999, and Secretary of Justice and Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation between 1999 and 2000.

As a teacher, he served as an ordinary professor of Civil Law (General Part and Contracts), in the Law Faculties of the University of Buenos Aires, the University of Salvador and the Argentine Catholic University, and as a professor at the Judicial School of the Council of the Judiciary of the Nation and ISEJUS, Fundejus-UBA, for the training of magistrates and officials.

He is co-author of The Judges and Judicial Reform, a collective work sponsored by the Tinker Foundation and the Law School of the Torcuato Di Tella University (2001); Judges and journalists.
