Joaquín Díaz Peruyera

Joaquín Díaz Peruyera joined Marval in 2021 as a member of the Litigation & Arbitration Department.

He specializes in Insurance & Reinsurance Law, focusing his professional efforts on offering counsel to insurance companies, which encompasses managing claims through both legal proceedings and negotiations related to third-party claims.

He graduated with honors as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2021 and completed a specialized course in damages law at the same institution.

Before joining Marval, Joaquín gained experience by working at Badeni, Cantilo, Carricart & Bilbao, where he grew his skills in administrative, labor, civil, and commercial law.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de Capital Federal.
