Specialized in business law, Javier's activity includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and international capital market transactions, focused specially on the technology, blockchain, broadcasting, internet, and telecommunications sectors.
Javier was actively involved in the consolidation process of the broadcasting industry, working on bank financing, regulatory matters, purchases, mergers, and major public offerings of securities. In addition, he currently advises majority shareholders or owners of crypto-asset platforms, media companies (open TV, subscription TV, newspapers and radio), content companies and satellite services.
He advised both, the Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic on regulatory and contractual aspects related to the restructuring of the Argentine financial system.

A lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, he obtained a master's degree in International Business Law (LL.M.) at the University of Kent at Canterbury. He was a fellow of the Fundación Universitaria del Río de la Plata and is an Alumni of Clifford Chance. He has lectured for various organizations including the Russell 20-20 Association, the International Section of the ABA and Latinfinance.
