Guillermo Burman has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 2005 and became a partner of the firm in 2009. His area of specialization is corporate and finance law. He gives legal advice to local and foreign companies in different areas of business and corporate law and is specialized in the design, planning, and structuring of financial transactions, including M&As, project financing, and asset securitization.
Before joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal, he worked at Brons & Salas (2003-2005) and Le Pera & Lessa (1994-1998) and held a position as Legal Manager at Recovery S.A. (1999-2003). He is a professor of Corporations, at the University de San Andrés, Buenos Aires. He used to be a professor within his areas of expertise at Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires.
He graduated as a Lawyer, with honors, from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994, and obtained a Master of Laws at Columbia University, New York, in 1999. In 2014, he completed The Wharton School course on “Family Business and Office School: Private Wealth Management, 2014” at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
He graduated as a Lawyer, with honors, from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994, and obtained a Master of Laws at Columbia University, New York, in 1999.
He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
