Guido Emilio Garaban

Guido Garaban joined Marval in 2021 and is a member of the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Department.

Prior to joining Marval, he worked as an associate in the commercial litigation area of important law firms, participating in the representation of companies in the framework of arbitration and judicial processes.

Currently, his professional practice focuses on advising companies on a wide variety of corporate, registry and transactional issues.

Additionally, during the years 2020 and 2021, he completed the courses corresponding to the Master's Degree in Business Law at the University of San Andrés. He has also written articles on corporate issues in relevant legal journals.

Guido is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and has been awarded with an Honorary Diploma in his undergraduate career and also with the 2021 Academic Excellence Award awarded by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
