Gabriela Alejandra Dibble

Gabriela Alejandra Dibble joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2016 and is a member of the Litigation & Arbitration area and the Consumer Protection Law area.

With over 19 years of professional experience, her practice is oriented towards comprehensive legal advice on civil, commercial and contractual matters, Drafts and negotiates contracts and agreements (B2B/B2C). She also focuses on managing and handling proceedings of medium to high complexity, including individual cases that involves commercial matters, consumer law and civil liability, as well as consumer class actions.

Her professional experience and current practice also include litigation before prestigious institutions, such as the Arbitral Tribunal of Buenos Aires Board of Trade, the Arbitral Tribunal of Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Prior to join the firm, she worked at Las Heras, Kelly, Eldestein & Carreras for 12 years, where she was in charge of judicial and arbitral proceedings and gave support to her team in advising private banks and entities of the National Payment System. Also, she joined Viegener Law Firm placed in the city of Bariloche and for two years she worked as an associate lawyer, with professional registration in the province of Río Negro, focusing on general advice and litigation.

Gabriela graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree (oriented in Business Law) in 2004 and later took a Master’s in High Technology Law and completed a Postgraduate course in Banking & Finance law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

As part of her experience, Gabriela was an assistant teacher to J. Darío Veltani and Horacio Granero in the graduate course of High Technology at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
