Florencia Otero Calabrese

Florencia Otero joined Marval in 2023 as a member of the Banking Department, where she specializes in Fintech.

Florencia graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2024, with a specialization in Tax Law.

Her professional practice focuses on providing advice to Fintech companies on regulatory issues, primarily applying the regulations of the Argentine Central Bank, the Argentine Securities Commission, and the Financial Information Unit.

During her time at Marval, Florencia undertook a secondment in the Fintech Legal Team at Mercado Pago, where she participated in the analysis of regulations from different Latin American countries to apply and develop products and services, as well as in drafting contracts.
