Florencia Albornoz

Florencia Albornoz joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is a member of the General Litigation Department. Her professional practice focuses on portfolio management of security foreclosures, as well as extrajudicial and judicial negotiation. Florencia carries out judicial monitoring and control of cases both in the national jurisdiction and the Province of Buenos Aires, as well as in the different jurisdictions throughout the country.

Before joining the Firm, she worked in the Ministry of National Security and in a law firm which worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, in the area of ​​litigation in the Administrative Litigation and Tax jurisdiction of CABA.

Florencia graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires, where she has also participated in DECyT Projects as a researcher, in the area of ​​Public International Law.

She is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
