Enrique M. Stile joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1997 and has been a partner since 2006. He specializes in labor and employment law. 

His practice in the firm focusses on advising international clients, particularly in relation to top executives, complex compensation structures, hiring, terminations and cross-border matters. He advises on strategies related to employment costs, prevention of employment litigation and risks, union relations, rightsizing and launching businesses in Argentina. He provides compliance training courses in matters such as mobbing, harassment, discrimination and outsourcing. He also has a strong background in negotiating employment conditions and termination agreements with expatriates and key employees and in multi-jurisdictional labor advice. 

Before joining the firm, he participated in Ford Argentina S.A.’s trainee program from 1995 to 1996 and worked for the Enrique G. Stile law firm from 1993 to1995. 

Enrique graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Del Salvador in 1996 and obtained a Pre Master in Business Law at the Universidad Austral. 

Ranked in Band 1 in Chambers & Partners Latin America, he is listed as “Leading Lawyer” in Legal 500 and recommended in the Argentina Labor section of Who’s Who Legal & LL250. He was also the exclusive winner of the Client Choice Award 2015 for the Employment & Benefits category for Argentina. He has been nominated as leader in his area by the international publications Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal and Global Law Experts. 

He actively participates in international congresses on labor law where he is invited as a panelist by international organizations such as the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, Latin Lawyer, and the International Employment Forum. He was co-chair of the Latin Lawyer 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Annual Labour and Employment Conferences and gives conferences and coordinates seminars and congresses related to his area of practice organized by local institutions, organizations and companies. 

Enrique has written numerous articles in well-known international publications such as The International Lawyer of the American Bar Association Employment Law Committee and Latin American Law Business Report and contributed to the following books: "Employment Law Review" and "Employment Law Client Strategies in Central and South America".
