Eleonora Hayzus

Eleonora Hayzus joined Marval, O’Farrell Mairal in 2021 and is a semi senior associate, member of the Banking & Finance department.

Eleonora has participated in numerous cross-border transactions, including bilateral and syndicated international loan agreements, M&A, project finance, and in advisory activities on a variety of regulatory matters and commercial agreements.

She graduated from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella – School of Law, and in 2022 she completed a Degree in Corporate Law and Technology in the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a Master’s Course on International Trade Law and Policy of the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Eleonora is currently a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (CPACF), and participates in the Argentine Young Banking Lawyers Committee.
