Diego S. Kelly specializes in advising multinational and local companies in labor and employment law. He has more than 14 years of experience in this practice area. Diego joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1995 and became Partner in  2015.

His practice in the firm focuses on full employment advice for multinational and local corporations, especially in mergers and acquisitions, transference of employees, rightsizings, global transactions, union issues, complex compensation programs, equity award schemes and in adapting international policies and programs to local legislation.

Diego is not only a lawyer but also a public translator, which has given him a strong background and knowledge of the English language, essential to his continuous relationship with foreign clients and parties.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2002 and as a public translator from the same university in 2001.

Diego obtained a post-graduate qualification as a Labor Law Specialist at the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2007.

He has been a member of the Research Group of the Argentine Labor and Social Security Association between 2007 and  2010. He actively participates in conferences, seminars and training courses in his specialist subjects, and was invited as a speaker to the annual meeting of the Lex Mundi organization, as well as in congresses in his area of practice.

Diego was awarded the title of “Leader in the Field” in the Labor and Employment Category in the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions of “Chambers Latin America”.
