She specializes in the design of complex international structures, financial and real estate trusts, offshore trusts, and mutual funds. She has led the implementation of innovative schemes, such as cryptocurrency funds for Argentine investors and corporate reorganizations that included the redomiciliation of companies to foreign jurisdictions.
Constanza graduated as a lawyer specializing in Tax Law at the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a Master's Degree in Tax Law at the Torcuato Di Tella University. She was nominated in 2021 and 2022 as "Rising Star in Tax" in the Euromoney Women In Business Law Awards, she has participated in various publications and conferences. Currently, she is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital, the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and the Master's Degree in Business Law from the University of San Andrés.
