Cecilia Florencia Avendaño

Cecilia Florencia Avendaño joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2018 and is a member of the Litigating Team of the Labour Law Department. Before joining our law firm, she had worked in other first line law firms, attending the procuration of law files in close collaboration with lawyers of the team.

In 2020 she obtained her degree as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, with an orientation on public international law. At present she works as junior advanced lawyer, focusing her practice on massive labour trials as well as on particular cases which are not part of massive trials.

Her labour practice includes legal pretrial counseling and agreement settlement before the Compulsory Conciliation Labour Office.
