Carolina Ledesma

Carolina Ledesma joined Marval in 2023 and is a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Department. Her current practice focuses on providing legal advice to mining companies.

She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, where she specialized in Administrative Law. During her studies, Carolina was a member of the teams that represented the University of Buenos Aires in the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris (2021 and 2022), the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje (Edition No. XIV), and the Foreign Direct Investment Moot (2022).

She is a member of the Youth Commission of the Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center (CEMARC).
