Carolina Fiuza

Carolina Fiuza has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 2016 and serves as a senior associate in the Banking Law and Corporate Finance area.

She graduated as a lawyer with honors from the Buenos Aires University School of Law in 2018. She has completed a master's degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and is currently developing her master's thesis.

Carolina has participated in different types of domestic and international transactions, including M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, asset transfers, and private equity and venture capital transactions. She has also advised multiple companies in a wide variety of commercial, financial and corporate matters.

Carolina has been appointed by competition as first assistant to the Uzal Chair of Private International Law at the Buenos Aires University School.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
