Carol A. O'Donnell

Carol A. O'Donnell has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1993. She specializes in Industrial Property advising principally on trademarks and on the protection of Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin. 

Carol A. O'Donnell graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1991. She attended postgraduate courses related to Intellectual Property at Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 2003 completed a postgraduate course on Intellectual Property at Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires. 

She has lectured in seminars on Trademark Law and has also published articles in particular related to Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin. 

She is a licensed Intellectual Property Agent and is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI). Also member of Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
