Brenda Madonna Ackermann

Brenda Madonna Ackermann joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is currently a member of the Competition and Antitrust department. Her practice focuses on advising national and international companies in merger control and antitrust cases (abuse of dominance and cartels), carrying out proceedings before the antitrust authorities.

She graduated as lawyer with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2018 and has recently participated in postgraduate programs related to Antitrust and Compliance at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Brenda is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
