Bárbara María Baccanelli

Bárbara María Baccanelli joined Marval in 2017 and is a member of the Trademarks, Technology, and Intellectual Property Department. Her areas of practice include IP litigation with a primary focus on trademarks and industrial designs, IP enforcement and anticounterfeiting, as well as out-of-court claims.

During her studies, Barbara completed an academic exchange at the Università di Bologna, where she deepened her knowledge of International Law and Information Technology.

She graduated as a lawyer with honors from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2020 and received the Distinction for Excellence diploma, awarded by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.  Subsequently, she completed the postgraduate courses "Fashion Law" at the Universidad Católica Argentina and "Equality and non-discrimination" at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, as well as courses on unfair competition.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
