Andrea Verdasco joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 1998 and worked at our firm until 2013.

Having worked as an independent practitioner and held the position of Director of the Corporation Division at the Registry of Commerce, she rejoined our firm in 2017.

She is specialized in business law and has vast experience in advising directors, shareholders as well as companies in complex corporate disputes. With over 20 years’ experience in the area, she advises both domestic and foreign clients on different corporate and contractual matters. 

She has spoken at conferences and seminars on multiple topics within her area of specialization.

She’s the author of several articles and co-author, together with prominent jurists, of the “Treaty of Corporate Conflicts,” under the direction of Dr. Duprat, and published by Editorial Abeledo Perrot.

She has carried out a wide range of academic activities at prestigious universities.

Prior to joining the Firm for the first time, she worked at Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 1 of Lomas de Zamora and at National Court No. 6 in Economic Criminal Matters.

She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires Law School with honors in 1997.
