Carolina Bin Astigarraga joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2002, and currently works as a Senior Expert Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration area.
Her professional practice includes preliminary disputes and complex litigation in which she advises national and multinational companies from different industries, including pharmaceuticals, energy, banks, and consumer products.
In 2023 she was nominated as “Litigator of the Year” by the Women in Business Law (WIBL)-Awards 2023-Americas (Practice Area Awards).
She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2000 and later completed a postgraduate degree in Tort Law at the same university. She has participated in the drafting of the article "The control premium and the legitimate one", which was published in La Ley and in the Family and Personal Law Magazine; and in the writing of the article "Impact on judicial processes and mediations", published in Marval News 2020, referring to the measures adopted in the judicial and pre-trial sphere of the different jurisdictions of the country, in line with the policies adopted in the different orders to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
