Alejo Martín Gascón joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2012 and is currently a member of the Consumer Protection Law and Litigation & Arbitration departments. He is a product liability expert, with extensive experience in product regulatory advice and recalls. He also focuses on the development of scientific and technical arguments in litigation.

Before joining the firm, he worked in the legal public sector in Civil and Commercial matters for 8 years.

He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2011. He went on to complete a postgraduate course in judicial expert witness evidence at the Universidad Austral, and also took a Master’s in Law & Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Alejo is the author of the book Product Liability (Argentina chapter) first edition 2014, published by the European Lawyer Reference. He has also written many articles in his practice area and is a member of both the private and public Buenos Aires Bar Associations.
