Alejandra Cortiñas

Alejandra Cortiñas joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2003 and currently works as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Area. Before joining Marval, she worked at Estudio Zaldívar, Manóvil y Asociados.

Alejandra has experience in complex litigation and arbitration on contentious-administrative matters, environmental causes, commercial contracts, corporate conflicts, regulatory matters, disputes in the oil industry and the pharmaceutical industry, among others.

Alejandra graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2002 and then completed the Update Program in International Business Law and Contemporary Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and is registered with the Federal Court of Appeals of La Plata.
