Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Publicis Groupe in the acquisition of Practia, Technology Companies operating in Argentina

Within the framework of a transaction that expands Publicis Groupe’s operations in the digital transformation sector, Marval (together with Uría Menéndez) advised in the acquisition of Practia, one of Latin America’s leading independent technology companies and provider of digital business transformation services, particularly, the agencies Pragma Consultores S.R.L., Pragma Tecnología y Desarrollo S.R.L., and Pragmática Technologies S.A. Practia will join Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation subsidiary of Publicis Groupe.
