Marval advised Centroid in the acquisition of 100% of Qbit's shares in Argentina, Chile and Peru

Centroid, a leading digital transformation and consulting services company, acquired 100% of Qbit in Argentina, Chile and Peru, expanding its operations into Latin America. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

The Marval O'Farrell Mairal team advising Centroid on Argentine law aspects was led by partner Hernan Slemenson, together with associates Carolina Fiuza, Juan Pablo Maspero, and Delfina Estrada.

Centroid was also advised by Willkie Farr & Gallagher (USA), as lead counsel for the transaction, through a team led by Justin Sommerkamp and associates Daniela Abadi and Jack Clarke.
