Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas in the sale of Cardif Seguros SA and Cardif Servicios SA

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised BNP Paribas–a well-known international financial group–in the sale of Cardif Seguros SA and Cardif Servicios SA, providers of insurance and related services. The sale was made to Grupo ST SA, an economic group with wide experience and recognition in the Argentinian private sector, and to other Argentinian investors.

The transaction was entered into on June 30, 2023, and closed on December 11, 2023, after the Argentine Superintendency of Insurance approved it.
