Marval advised Allianz X in its participation in a USD 300 million Series E investment round conducted by Uala

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Allianz X, as local counsel, in its participation in a USD 300 million Series E investment round conducted by Uala, the Latin America neobank founded in Argentina. Allianz X was the lead investor in the round, which values the company at 2.75 billion ARS on a post-money basis.

The investment marks one of the largest growth equity fundraising rounds in Latin America in the past three years and Allianz X´s first investment in the region.
