Marval advised Total Austral S.A. in the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Greenwind S.A

Marval acted as legal counsel to Total Austral S.A. in the negotiation and signing of the purchase and sale agreement of Greenwind S.A., a subsidiary company of Pampa Energía in charge of the operation and management of the "Mario Cebreiro" Wind Farm.  The purchase and sale agreement was signed by Pampa Energía and Total Austral on June 23, 2023  and the closing took place on August 16, 2023. Through this transaction, Total Austral acquired its first asset in Argentina in the renewable energy development sector.
